The property is based in the historic heart of the town. The whole property has been renovated and it has all of the modern necessities including a full kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower unit, all of which have been designed in keeping with the historic apartment.
The apartment is very closed to every service as it is in the middle of the town. In less than a 5 minute walk you reach the beaches, the rail and bus stations. A free of charge children playground with adventure path is at 150 mt walking.
The apartment is in a pedestrian area but you can arrive in front of the entrance with the car because the loading/unloading of luggage and goods is allowed. Free Parking is at 5 minutes walk
